#1 Get out of the CONVINCING business. It is exhausting, even frustrating. Convincing is doing something for YOUR benefit, not theirs.
#2 Get into PERSUADING and pulling, not pushing. This is for THEIR benefit. You need to KNOW what they NEED so ask questions.
#3 Easy question to ask: “What did you LIKE about what you saw?”
#4 IF they watch a presentation and say NO, ask them: “What were you HOPING to see?” Find out WHAT they were actually looking for.
#5 Be WILLING to walk away. STOP trying to CLOSE people. Have posture. Stop being desperate. EVERY top enroller has POSTURE!
